Post Clan Ranks

The Elders:
The Elders consists of the highest ranking members. These members assemble and decide on important guild decisions and rank increases for members. Each member has an even vote from the Elders.

Warboss:
Leader of the guild. His responsibilities include leading the guild in battle, issuing commands to guild mates, and overall supervision of the guild. Much like a president everything that is suggested must go through him first for verification.

Big Mak'r:
Leader of the guild crafters, should be running vendors and such to keep the guild supplied. Mak'rs will be supplied by gruntees and such running tasks for them, and donations will also go forth towards crafting.

Urdangoth:
The Urdangoth is in charge of deciding who is fit to join. It is impossible to join the guild without speaking with the Urdangoth. Once in the guild the Urdangoth will help train new members and such and help them out into gaining rank. He will also be the person you look to to recommend a gruntee for grunt status and such. This is the type of rank that should be running bootcamps almost daily.

Maugoth/Dushgoth (Class Leader):
Class Leaders are not only the strongest of the members, but the most intelligent. Class Leaders practice good conduct to an extreme, to put forth a good example for the guild. They are in command in all aspects of the class, battle tactics, etc. Generally the Class Leader will give his command over to another member when he feels he has done his duty.

Boss(Captain):
Every Class Leader will be able to choose himself Captains, they are right hand men to the Class Leaders, whenever someone needs to take over or the Class Leader needs a task done and cannot perform it himself. A Captain should be very intelligent in battle, able to understand what is right and wrong. A Captain must be obeyed in battle, and indeed should often be leading the attacks and defenses personally. In order to become a Captain you must show great leadership skills so that the Maugoth, Dushgoth or elders notice you. If a boss is going inactive for a while he or she may recommend someone to take his or her place.

Grunt/Mojoka:
Common rank among the Bloodclan, intermediate member that has been with the guild a while and has gone through trials with the guild. Commands respect over the new recruits. To become a Grunt/Mojoka you must be assigned a quest by the Blood Council.

Gruntee/Mojokii:
Still in much need of training and discipline. In order to enter one must complete a quick introduction quest.


Pug:
These are our newest recruits of the guild and need advice and training from all members of the clan.

Other Additions:

Master/Apprentice:
Members ranking between Grunt/Mojoka and Maugoth/Dushgoth can take on Gruntee/Mojokii apprentices. They would take them under their wing and personally train them in fort defense and combat on foot. A Member can have only one Apprentice and only one Master. Please let the higher ranks or fellow clan members know when you take become a master/apprentice.
