You can download mIRC at mIRC: Internet Relay Chat client When you download it and open the program, you need to edit and change the server name.

Click file on the tip left corner of the screen, then click select server. Then click add and fill in the information.

port: 6667
Group: (none)
Password: (none)
channel is #orc
