Use your monitors/LCDs native resolution. Ussually if its a 19" its 1280 by 1024.

Go into options -> advanced select the box fast weapon switch and develpor console. To open console press your ~ key type in cl_crosshairscale 2500

Strafe back and fourth, pause burst fire(1-3 rounds) and duck occasionally.
