Try BitTorrent, if you are behind some kind of firewall that is beyond your control(IE on a private network that won't let you use certain ports) then try to use SocksCap or some proxy program that will allow you to connect to an anonymous free proxy server(Find them online then scan them in groups using IP scanners found online to make sure it the IP is good and is a valid connection).
