When will we use mounts?

It seems like we've established who will use mounts- Officers and calvalry. But when should we use mounts?

I think anyone traveling should use mounts. During battles we should allow only the orcs trained specifically to use mounts. I'm sure some people will be saying : "we should let anyone use mounts because its a new branch", or "we should let anyone use mounts because the game hasn't even been released."

Everything is subject to being changed. What we are trying to do is have a starting guide line for our clan to abide by. The less things to worry about once release of the game the better.

I voted for all of the above, my reason being that it will be impractical and most likely even detrimental to constantly demount and remount in the midst of battle. I still don't think we should use mounts, but if were going to use mounts, no restrictions is the easist set of rules to follow when well most likely be experiancing alot of hit and run gurrilla warfare tactics where a enemy takes a few hits then runs away, repeats ect.

Scouting, officers, and cavalry need permission. Everyone from the rank of Grunt and above can use for transport.
