Centered it correctly and brightened a little bit, I think it's more legible now.

Seems better to me, but then again I'm looking for it. Can you use the eyedrop tool on the bottom of the B and use that color for the top?

I was going for the shiny metallic look before. But it was too plain I think. I tried the dripping blood idea. I thought of it a while ago, and then Garg mentioned it. I still wasn't going to do it, but then my wife looked at it and independently thought of adding blood dripping into puddles too. I also made the ork axe shield logo 3d and made the background more rough.

I think I'm going for simple, uniform, and legible. Any comments?

The logo looks far better.

Overall, the image seems too simple, but maybe it's just me.
