Yea, I think only a few Orcs here knew I go there, and they Imed me immediately when they heard what happened.

Things have been pretty hectic and oddly enough, playing UO is just about the only thing that's helped take my mind off of ...life.

So I'll be the new Orc on the block I suppose.

I'm apparently among the older of the Orcs (27... 28 later this year). I live in California as well (born and raised). Have lived out of the state a few times, but let's face it... the mid west comapred with Cali? Yeah right.

I played UO on OSI shards starting in... 97? I believe it was. (On Great Lakes.) My character was old enough to get an Ethereal mount when they were introduced. I played a Mage/Swordsman back when pre-casting was a valid (horribly overpowered) tactic, there was no battle timer for recalling, you could heal through poison, all the good stuff. I've been actively role playing since 95/96. (I was playing D&D before that, but I don't consider that role playing. In the old days it way more like telling your part of a story, versus actually playing the role.)

I do IT work for my career. Actually... I'm an IT supervisor so the amount of IT work I actually do is dwarfed by the amount of crap I take for my subordinates, and the amount of help that I give them. However, it's still in the IT field and my actual IT knowledge (for what my department does anyhow) is above those I supervise... so I guess that counts. But I digress. I really enjoy my job, and absolutely love the guys that I supervise, so would have it no other way.

I've been hanging around with some of the Orcs for the last... two or three days (nights) or so. My start was rocky at best (wearing clothes, had a hally, stupid mistakes on my behalf) but I picked up rather quickly and was tested by a Mojoka (I forget the name) as well as a Gruntee and was told by both that I did very well... so I hope to find a home among the Bluudclan.

My name is Leon i live in São Paulo - Brasil. i'm 22 years old i'm studying visual arts in a foundation here. i divide my freetime at Skahing my Girlfriend, eating good food and playing d&d with fellas ( since i was nine! rofl)
I play Uo since 1999 started on UO-T2A at a brazilian freeshard named TFG.
I convinced all my school friends to join me playing and we started our RP guild TRK. Trk existed for three years i was guildmaster over that time and we were very happy at TFG when suddenly the server ( who had 700-800 online players) just Skahing dissapeared!!! the gamemaster just gave up on us.
I ve spent my later years smoking joints and drinking alcohol to forget my 3750 skill account ( no cap there!) when i suddenly found hybrid.
My first contact with orcs was with my Tamer who was always asked for triibuut when taming frenzied ostards!

I never knew we had this thread hehehe. Ok I guess it's my turn........

My name is Jordan, most of my friends just call me Jay online because it's shorter, and when we used to do pking alot before ventrillo days it was quicker to say jay instead of typing Jordan, or Jaymo (my gamer tag for everything.) I am 16 (turning 17 in 18 days?) and I am currently employed at Savemart bagging groceries, pushing carts, helping customers, and what not. I am a senior in high school, and spends my time gaming it up with friends, hanging with the lady friend, and such.

My UO experience is quiet short lived....I hit the RPG scene around 2003 with the game Tibia, a German hosted MMO, that launched shortly after UO did, in '96? I have been playing that up until 22 days ago, when I finally realized I was sick of the game because of certain game mechanics that allows a group of people to effectively control a whole game world to the point where I can't even play or hunt where I want when I want without getting killed and losing hours of my time (sorry for the rant.) Most of my RL friends picked up UO when I did tibia, so it's always been like a fight over which game is better so since I quit tibia I finally decided to check it out. I learned how to play UO in like 2 or 3 days on a 7X Stun Healer, mostly because my friends are pvp machines and pounded it into my head how to do it. Then about I'd say 10 days into my UO experience I was farming cotton for my then third character with 7X GM when I met Burz'Ro, not on his orc of course. He was roleplaying with me, and I laughed and started doing it too, I decided it was a lot of fun, and he forwarded you guys to me. And I joined. And I like it. And now I've been with you guys for about 7 days? Currently I am trying to get my other RLs who are still on Tibia over to UO, while krimp klomping oomies with you all.

That's my story.

~Jay, the forum troll, or I guess in this case, forum orc.

Im 35 is there such a thing as uruk social security. I live in Cleveland, Ohio with my wife and our 3 daughters. I'm sort of unemployed atm, make money here and there helping construction friends, building PCs, ebay. I went to college and have 3 degrees in business, did do a little work toward masters but got bored. My wife is a nurse and puts up with my ass being at home watching our kids.
Ive been gaming on pcs since early 80s, Apple pc with Ultima I when it was sold in a baggy. I love fantasy crap, Ive read a lot of books (TSR, forgotten realms), have some swords and other nic naks. Im a borderline audiophile, I would have a better set up with more money.
I play UO as an orc because I like the extra layer of intrigue being in a role playing environment adds. I started role playing at a small local D&D event when a DM used different voices for each NPC. He did this so well I went from powergamer to roleplayer in an afternoon just didnt know it. Cya at fort, i think we resurrected an old thread again but we are good at it.

My name is Ricardo, I'm 20, born and stuck in Coimbra, Portugal
Started playing UO around 1998 with a couple of neighbors, never got what I wanted from this game until I hooked up with BC.

I'm a GIS technician, future Informatic engineer (still working on it :P) Most of the weekends I choose beer, Metal and my gf instead of UO.
Still stuck in the same city, my parents went to Africa (my father homeland) and I've chosen not to go because of my gf and my studies.
Not working for now, Bass player on a local band and another in northern Portugal, a village called Lamego where my gf was living before she moved to my city.

Hey Guys, Names Justin, 33 years old. Born in New york, raised on Guam, and have spent the last 15 years in Phoenix Az. as a carpenter. I own 6 mexicans and we can build 2 story houses in 3 or 4 days. Played D&D growing up (dad got it for me..mom thought it was a devil game) and my first Rpg was Ultima on an old atari 1200 (atari's answer to the commador 64 (spell check please)) Played an orc with orcs of kor on pac and on sp (7 years ago) I stumbled across this website and had to come back. Wife is doing her last two semesters to become a mortician (yes I kiss her arm up and down like the adams family) and just landed her first job as an apprentice.
So, in a little less than a year I can hopefully go back to school and get me a nice indoor job, where I can dick the dog and play around on the computer like the rest of ya ;)

(I dont really own the mexicans...they just work for me)
