Grimmwold Trouble Shooting

I downloaded and fully installed Grimmwold and my trial account has been accepted. My trouble shooting problem is on the login screen. I inserted my username and passoword received in my acceptance email but get this message when I try logging in:

We were unable to authenticate your login. Usually this means either a newer client patch is now available, or that the account name or password you provided are incorrect. Please check your Caps Lock key and try reentering your account name and password. Please restart your client if you continue to receive the error. If this is a new account your account may not be active yet, please try again shortly. If you continue to experiance problems please contact customer support.

I did not patch the Mondain's Legacy download. Was I suppose to?

No, don't patch.

I'm guessing you didn't enter the login info on the razor launch screen?

By login info do you mean "server" and "port". Currently server reads as "Electronic Arts/Origin Servers" and port is blank. UO Data Directory is on "(Auto Detect)".

That's not it, let me get you the login info. It's the same info that you included into your .login file, that you should have edited in your new Grimmwold Ultima folder.

LoginServer = comraich.dyndns.org,

Port = 5002

Copy and paste these into the two current server/port info.

hehe I got help from Pru and a few others, till I just decided to reinstall UO completely, it was worth it, haven't been on lately due to my comp crapping out at home, but I'll maintain contact at work till it's fixed :]
