Still Going Strong

Hey folks,

Grimmwold is still going strong - we have a bunch of citizens now, goblins and a few humans playing "Dark Forest Rangers" , a dark forest wolf otherkin, a dark forest eagle.

The shard cheif builder is currently building the new Muckwater look, we're getting all new houses, new shops, a new wall, new tavern, craft hall. I've seen the design and it's amazing, much better than anything I can build. It's a mix of lost boys from peter pan, Labyrtih (the movie) and Orcish building design as well since it includes some palaside spikes.

The Morningstar company has been hosting trading events in other towns, we set up shop nights where we sell custom engraved goods.

PvP has picked up some with factions, that and we've had a influx of players from other shards who are used to PvP.

Hah, thanks Rug. Yeah - I have a feeling the race isn't going away anytime soon here. :D

But seriously, action is booming - 40-50 folks at peak times in the evening.

I'm a little busy juggling leadership in Muckwater on Grimmwold, working full-time and living with the b/f. I'll probally join after Beta and check the game out before I commit to it. It's going to be hard going from a shard like Grimmwold back into a game with a bunch of jerky 12 year old "kewl doods", but maybe Darkfall will be different.

I've got a character on Grimmwold and have had great interaction with the Goblins (gOrcs) there. JugJug runs Muckwater like a tight ship.

Hah, thanks man. Yeah - New Village going in with the next update, 8 or so shops and 20 or so houses, new shrine, new walls, new tavern, bank. If your tired of Raids and want some more laid back RP, Grimmwold is the place to be.

Grimmwold is definitely fun. There are many more active roleplayers. I'm glad to hear Muckwater is still getting attention.
