Apparently this is the same Gur'nag the gruntee already on the stone. Says he lost his password on that account.
With no way to verify it I told him Id add him for now as a pug, and wait a week to make sure the other Gurnag doesnt magically appear with a different story. If the other Gurnag remains unseen after a week, we will boot him off the stone and bump this gurnag back to gruntee I suppose.
