Warboss Clomp July '09

When:
Wednesday, July 22nd at 8:00 PM EST (5:00 PM PST)

Description:
A 2v2 free-for-all clompfest! Teams will enter the designated ring and clomp like they've never clomped before. The team left standing will be decalred the new Warboss and Warboss Guard!

Rules:
1) GM Iron/Regular Leather/Regular Bone Armor Only (No Plate Arms, Orc Helms Allowed but No Magic, Plate Gorgets Allowed but Only GM Iron)

2) GM Weapons Only (No Runics). Only 2 Weps Allowed Total

3) 40 Bandages Total, 2 Heal Pots Total, 5 Refresh Pots Total

4) No Poison

5) No other potions except the ones listed in rule 3

6) No shields

7) If you leave the ring you are disqualified. If you hide you are disqualified

8) No stools, boxes, etc.

9) No archery

Participants:
Sign Ups are waived due to scheduling and whoever shows up can sign up with a partner to clomp. Gruntees are allowed as well in this clomp! Once the teams have been established a quick inspection by a non participating member will check backpacks and paperdolls and then the clomp will be underway.

Results:
Mul'grat and Krub'Grat won the clomp by defeating Tak'Wug and Vretk but they honorably declined the position and, instead, passed it on to the fighters who withstood a long time of punishment, Vretk and Tak'Wug making Vretk the first Gruntee Warboss in BC history with Tak'Wug as his guard!

those poor guys really didnt have a chance against the combined might of the Grat Brothers! We were fighting so long my spear actually wore out and broke towards the end and i didnt have a back up...

realistically I wouldnt play mul the howlur guard and krub doesnt play the howlur canidate so when we won we did not plan on taking the position. We just wanted to be a part or it. The other teams did a great job (except azock who went down in like 15 seconds under the combined attacks of 2 of the other teams!
