Grob'Gar and Krog'Gar are pretty good at RP interactions. They asked for tribute properly and didn't try to kos like some of the other new orcs do. They also have a pretty mean xolig combo shot.

Grob'Gar would be a good grunt. I think he would have a good leadership interaction, he has an orcish house, which shows he cares about the orcs. And I haven't ever seen Grob'Gar not respecting a rule, that's why I think he deserves to grow one step of the ladder in the hierarchy.
