Thats what I've been sayin'.

Newborn = Recruit
Pug = Private
Gruntee = PFC

Then it kinda jumps around...

Bubhosh Gruntee = Lance Corporal

Grunt = Corporal
Tribe leading Grunt = Sergeant
Ward'r = Lieutenant

Then after that we don't really have any high Brass...
