So let me see if I get this right, I have to give this house up to the bloodclan? I mean if I could keep it as owner I would still use it as a bloodclan house...

Well a good orc would of offered to hand it over, but if WC deceided to take it back be happy they are going to give you gold back for it

You can own a hut but WC wants to make sure clearing huts are under WC control. You can be friended and crap but that's about it. Sorry if you dislike that, but like I said, you're getting paid back for it so it shouldn't be a big deal.
