Communication Info, mIRC, UOAM and TS

This is a great way for orcs to communicate.
You can download mIRC at mIRC: Internet Relay Chat client When you download it and open the program, you need to edit and change the server name to IRC.RUNUO.COM then go to irc channel #Orc

Teamspeak is an excellent way to coordinate.. Naturally it is way easier to say 'get ready to hit jim bob with exp fs' than it is to type it. dload ts at TeamSpeak - Welcome to TeamSpeak. Open program, go file/quick connect, fill in the above mentioned server info. Give yourself your orc nickname.
Then double click the hybrid: orc channel and enter the same password as for the UOAM and you're in!

When using Mirc, please log in as your orc name not IroxxorJoo or what have you.
We try to keep orc and other RP characters and people we intereact with in our rooms and weed out the oomie spies. To insure everyone knows who you are please help us by loggin in as your orc so everyone knows who you are and you arent accidently kicked out or banned for the suspicion of being a spy.

We encourage everyone to always be loged in so that we know your online or available, we can tell you any events or spontanious raids, just to BS and see how your doing. Mirc is the place for all this not over Guild Chat so please be considerate.

If you have a name everyone else knows u by on other rooms just open a seprate mirc program and run that under your orc name and just check it from time to time. Thnx

well first i would like to advise to you that your rule on this sucks balls. second off in game we are to remain in character and that is fine.... in irc is where the "ooc" should transpire... now it is soooo great that i can log in have to step away to take care of my children and come back to find that i am banned from the channel.. real nice considering that i am apart of Orc as well as Und and the name i was using is my Und name if i remember we are allies with them? so i was told at least... =\ now i dont expect ya to be happy that i spoke up or whatever but if you want to keep your rp'ers try giving them a little more time to respond.. because you never know.. some of us may be parents with children.. the display of such ban happy irc'ers has really disheartened me......

I didnt bann you first of all not that I care how you feel about it. Being as I have children of my own i know what it means to have to get up suddenly and comming back to find yourself banned is no reason to come onto our boards and throw a hissy fit about it.

I did not state you ahve to remain IC if you notice. I said that loggin in as your characters name helps us to identify you from your average joe who comes in to find out what orcs are doing and grief us. If you had logged into the mirc channel under the orc name that you have here this would not be an issue would we?

Its the UOGamers vent, 205.218.65.114 port 3831 and the channel password is bloodclan (the orc channel)

ok ive been gone awhile and last time i was in vent we used a different channel so are we back in the UOG channel or on juks friends channel? (i'm going to be starting back on AI)
