The two orcs had completed the final preparations for their quest:
The Preparation....
The trophies and supplies were secured within the Tempul of da Giitz'Krieg, and their floatur lay just off the coast. But before they would embark upon their long voyage, Yubgug and Thurg asked for the Giitz'Krieg's blessing:
Thurg and Yubgug gathered all the supplies they would need for this dangerous mission; extra weapons, seven hundred liggz, three hundred rags, and food. They hauled the many supplies and the trophies they had collected onto the floatur, "Giitz'Krieg Armada". They were now ready to set sail:
However, it appears a problem had arisen for our hapless adventurers:
With a decision made, Thurg burst out into an old orcish sailing song:
As the orcs sailed around aimlessly for hours, they encounter a messenger sent from the Giitz'Krieg and they demanded help from it. It pointed the orcs westward and so they kept sailing:
Again fate smiled upon the orcs. An oomie vessel lay adrift, its occupants long dead, a feast for the dreaded sea monsters. Yubgug and Thurg wasted no time taking the lessons their Pee'rat brethren have taught them, and they proceeded to lay waste to the oomie floatur, sacking and looting everything not bolted down:
Avast! Yubgug, the trusty lookout and navigator, spots something. His sailing skills are impeccable:
Finally, the orcs have arrived after several days at sea, scurvy beginning to set in due to the lack of fresh oomie flesh. Yubgug's navigational skills allow him to proclaim:
But Thurg becomes skeptical and Yubgug agrees with an obvious statement:
So the orcs decide to get back onto the boat...however another problem is discovered…will it ever end?
Instead, they decide to explore the island to see if maybe this is the right place after all. Making their way through the woods and the shadows caused by housing, they discover a road and decide:
However, Yubgug and Thurg hear the sound of an approaching horse and decide to ambush the human to demand directions and some tribute:
A battle ensues, and the human runs off! Hoowah, the orcs have won.... but the human soon returns with reinforcements. The orcs were smart enough to hide in wait when the human ran off, so as the humans approached, the two orcs let loose a volley of arrows. It drops one of the human’s friends quickly, but the others decided to resort to the typical panzy oomie strategy and drop as much mojo as possible upon each orc....no matter how much cross-healing was being applied, it just wouldn't save these doomed adventurers:
However, due to their bravery in battle, the humans tip their hats in respect and give the orcs flesh again, and then a mojo hole back home....
This was lucky, because the orcs did not know what to do about the floater, with the key still locked away in its hull.... Yubgug comes up with a plan...they would sneak into the town of Pew (named because it stinks of oomies!) and retrieve the spare key that Yubgug was smart enough to stash away in an old chest within the Abbey. Thus the two orcs become:
And proceed to sneak off into Pew:
Yubgug becomes hungry, so since they were in Pew, they decided to ransack one of the farms... stupid oomies grow the dumbest food. However, Yubgug seems to hold a fondness for radishes....perhaps the lingering effects of the Oomie Boogie:
Finally they reach the Abbey and the abandoned chest,
retrieve the key,
and stealth away into the night. That part done, they move to their next dangerous objective.... the Pew mojo hole. Slowly they crept to the mojo hole, when suddenly a group of oomies came stumbling out of a house. Seeing the two orcs, they drew their weapons and chased Yubgug and Thurg. The two orcs narrowly made it, running and diving into the Pew mojo hole:
